Our postnatal yoga classes allow you to develop strength & flexibility in a supportive environment where babies are allowed to be babies.
The class is primarily for mums to practise yoga in a baby-friendly space. Options are provided if you need to hold your baby. You’re welcome to feed your baby, cuddle or change nappies at any time.
Our postnatal yoga is a general vinyasa flow class with a focus on rebuilding core strength. We often finish with either some songs for the babies or a short baby massage sequence.
Our Mums n Bubs yoga classes are for mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 8 weeks if you had a C-section).
We also offer baby massage training – a wonderful way for you to communicate with your baby.
