Relaxing and restorative yoga
We offer gentle, relaxing and restorative yoga classes.
Restorative yoga is about comfort rather than effort. It’s a very relaxing style where stretching and alignment come from slow release of muscular tension through calming the body and the mind. Using cushions and blankets to support your body, you allow gravity to do its work and slowly lengthen your spine in a comfortable and effortless stretch.

Wednesdays at 7:15pm
Saturdays at 4:30pm
Most of us can’t take a week out and go on a yoga retreat. We now offer half-day restorative yoga retreats to help you switch off from the world, relax and bliss out.
