Vinyasa is an active style of yoga where the poses are linked together in time with your breathe. The active poses allow you to build strength and flexibility, while focusing on the sensations within your body. You switch off from the past and the future and lose yourself in the present moment. You will feel physically strong yet mentally relaxed.
Our vinyasa classes are open to beginners, as well as more experienced students.
