Follow your bliss to an afternoon of deep relaxation guided by Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Karen Coombes
Prioritise your well-being at this Sunday afternoon workshop designed to help you deeply relax and restore.
You will be guided through simple Yin and restorative yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness techniques to nurture a relaxation and healing response in the body.
Intention-setting and themes of self-care, love and gratitude will be woven into the afternoon. Karen will also guide you through a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to finish.
Come away calm, clear and rested with some new tools to help with poor sleep, stress and anxiety.
This is all happening on Mothers’ Day at our beautiful and cosy Flourish studio, so you might like to bring your mum along too!
No prior yoga experience needed.
Karen has been sharing yoga with Canberra students for more than four years. Her classes are much loved by Flourish students where she has offered Yin and restorative yoga, mindfulness, meditation, gentle flow, and beginners classes since 2014. She is passionate about sharing simple and creative movement and breathing techniques that feel good.
